LOCATION: BROOKLYN ny
Compensation: $ 10.00 dollars/ hour /PLUS/
Seeking an organized, motivated and proactive Office Assistant who can do Bookkeeping. Must have excellent computer skills including, Excel, Microsoft Word and computer graphics. Must have good writing skills and be able to multi-task. This position is Full-time.
interested persons must be self motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic.

• Has a safe driving record and valid driver’s license (not minatory)

Required skills:

6. Able to take initiative to keep office running smoothly while balancing multiples priorities
8. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Quickbooks • Is computer literate
9. Knowledge of Internet QQ, alibaba, china business
10. answering phones, faxing, filing, tracking orders in spreadsheets, billing, and doing reports using templates. There is constant communication with clients.
